All safety gear and equipment will be provided. (Bow, arrows, finger tab, arm guard, quiver)
Once a slot has been purchased, it is equivalent to a ticket for an event.
Refunds/Cancellations:
We require cancellation no less than 10 am THURSDAY, November 5, prior to event session if you have an emergency or are unable to attend, to obtain full refund.
Contact 404-457-6766 via text, and leave a message, and email learnarchery@yahoo.com as well. If you do not give cancellation notice as noted or fail to attend, or arrive after the start time for the session, you will be required to pay for this session, and no refund will be issued.Cancellation and refund only with notice as set out prior to session scheduled.
Participant must arrive by 3:30 or before, to check-in and gear up.
Payment by Tues Nov 3 deadline secures the reservation.
